Each piece of art sold by She Loves Shells is handmade and unique. Slight variations in colour, size or texture are part of the creative process and not considered faults.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes (if relevant).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe at the time of ordering.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Delivery

Items are shipped from the UK, and delivery times may vary based on your location.

Estimated dispatch times will be stated on the product page or during checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Returns and refunds

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Please email [email protected] with your order details and photos (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method once the item is returned in its original condition.
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty.
